Project Manager

Here at Keyman we are recruiting on a contract basis for a ConstructionProjectManager to oversee constructionprojectsfrominitiationtocompletion,ensuringtheyarecompletedontime,withinbudget,andtotherequiredqualitystandards.

KeyResponsibilities

• ProjectPlanning:Developdetailedprojectplans,includingtimelines,resourceallocation,andbudgetmanagement.

• BudgetManagement:Monitorprojectexpensesandensurethattheprojectstayswithintheallocatedbudget.

• TeamCoordination:Leadandcoordinatetheworkofvariousteams,includingsubcontractors,suppliers,andconstructionworkers.

• RegulatoryCompliance:Ensurethatallconstructionactivitiescomplywithlocal,state,andfederalregulations,includingsafetyandenvironmentalstandards.

• Communication:Serveastheprimarypointofcontactbetweenclients,stakeholders,andtheprojectteam,providingregularupdatesonprojectstatusandaddressinganyissuesthatarise.

• QualityControl:Conductregularinspectionstoensurethatworkmeetsqualitystandardsandspecifications.

• ProblemSolving:Identifypotentialissuesandimplementsolutionstokeeptheprojectontrack.
